This Privacy Policy explains how Ask N Show ("we", "us", or "the app") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

Information We Collect

• Account information. When you sign in, we collect your email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile information (such as your name) from Google to create and identify your account.
• Conversation content. The questions you ask and the AI responses you receive are stored so you can revisit your conversation history.
• Technical data. Standard technical information (such as request timestamps) needed to operate and secure the Service.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, or device identifiers for advertising, and we do not use tracking technologies to follow you across other apps or websites.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide the core functionality of the app — answering your questions and saving your conversation history.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

How Your Information Is Shared

To generate answers, the text of your questions is sent to our AI inference provider for processing. We share information only as needed to operate the Service:

• Google — for optional sign-in (OAuth) authentication.
• AI inference providers — to process your questions and produce responses.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — to run the Service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Data Retention

We retain your account information and conversation history for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Contact below).

Your Choices and Rights

• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
• You can stop using the Service and request that your account be removed.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and token-based authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
